High altitude green tea from North Vietnam

Often unknown, teas from Viet Nam present a particularly interesting aromatic palette.

This Vietnam Lao Cai Fop green tea is grown in the mountains of northern Vietnam, not far from the Chinese province of Yunnan, and near the famous Fan Si Pan peak, the peak in the country.

With its very long, delicately twisted leaves, Lao Cai is a rare tea that is particularly prized for its soft, round notes, with a fullness that reminds some of the best Green Yunnan. Its light and fragrant cup offers us notes of ripe fruit with a very pleasant persistence.
