For any shipment to metropolitan France the shipping costs are free for any purchase equal or greater than 50€: Enjoy !

Delivery Restriction

The delivery of Tea&Cie products is currently only possible in the countries mentioned below:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain. Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rep. Czech, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

TC ASSOCIATE shall not be liable for any additional costs related to the issue of the order excluding charges and transport, described and invoiced at the time of conclusion of your order on the website


For delivery in metropolitan France, the parcels are shipped by us from our shop located rue Saint-Tropez in Vannes. As a general rule, it takes 2 to 3 days to ship your order to you if all your products are in stock and after receipt of the purchase confirmation email.

We are a small, independent, family-owned business and we manage each order manually on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, in case of absence or holidays, we always notify our customers as soon as possible and inform them of the longer than usual time in the delivery of their order either directly from our website on the homepage and/or by email.

We are doing our utmost to ensure that this extended period is reasonable, as customer satisfaction remains our primary concern.

All orders placed on Saturday are only processed the following tuesday. Orders placed on public holidays are only processed on the next business day.

Delivery outside Metropolitan France

For all deliveries outside Metropolitan France, the amount of delivery is calculated directly at the end of your order in the purchase tunnel. Delivery times therefore vary according to the country of destination and are shipped in Colissimo International with a tracking number and against signature.

Shipping your order

At Tea&Cie no hidden costs! Indeed, the price of products are not artificially inflated to offer you shipping costs or minimize them. In addition, shipping costs do not include the preparation and packaging costs offered to you by Tea&Cie.

Special attention is paid to fragile objects that are packed with the utmost care by our small hands.

Available in store

The delivery is offered to you in our store located 9 rue le Hellec in Vannes (Morbihan). To do this you just need to check the box delivery in store in the purchase tunnel. This delivery is offered to you regardless of the amount of your order and regardless of the volume of the package.

Tracking my order

To track your current order, simply log in to your online account and view your purchase history for the past few months. Click here, to login and log into your account (if not already done).

Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link by email to track your package online.

Return & Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind if you ordered on under the provisions of articles L121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

You no longer want to keep your order, you have changed your mind and you want to return your products to us. You have 14 days from delivery of your order to return the item or items to us and exercise your right of withdrawal. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, a public holiday or a non-working day, the latter shall be extended until the next working day.

Please note that the return costs are your responsibility.To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the following procedure:

Indicate on free paper all your contact details (Name, First name, Full address, telephone number, order no.) as well as the reason for the return;

Original invoice (make sure to keep a copy of the invoice);

Send your order to the following address: RETURN SERVICE - TEA&CIE - 7 rue Saint-Tropez 56000 VANNES.


The refund will be made if the returned product or products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and have not been opened. The accessories must be complete and any documentation provided must be returned. Please note that you are asked to return the original invoice.

Only the customer who has placed the order is able to exercise the right of withdrawal. In case of delivery to a third person, the latter is not entitled to make the return itself.

Any purchase made by e-gift card cannot be refunded in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer. However, the e-gift card will be re-credited.

The refund will be made by TC ASSOCIATES on the customer’s bank account by conventional transfer or by bank cheque sent by mail to the address of the original invoice.
