Post-fermented tea (known as black-black), the pu ehr formerly used in the Traditional Chinese Pharmacopoeia for its virtues, it gives an aromatic cup with evocations of humid undergrowth, very unctuous and deep red. Produced from Yunnan Dayeh tea plants, it is an alternative to coffee after a good meal, and contains little theine.

We have selected this Pu Ehr for its aromatic notes particularly rich which are very representative of this tea family also known as "Dark Teas".
