Kumaru

In the ancient language of the Tupis people of Guyana, Kumaru refers to the tree that gives the coveted Tonka beans. These beans rich in coumarin, a precious substance used in high perfumery, was for a long time a good luck charm for the indigenous peoples of South America. Its refined fragrance evokes warm and vanilla notes.

This recipe combines all the delicacy of a light white tea with enchanting scents of Tonka beans, Vanilla and Raspberry pieces embellished with Rose petals and worries.
