At Tea&Cie, we have noticed that spicy and gourmet infusions help to make light desserts such as a delicious kouign amann (Brittany desert made with butter and sugar) pass!

Strengthened by this experience and receiving friends for dinner, we created from a simple desire this gourmet mixture that was to last only one evening.
