Korea Hallasan Green

In the south of the Korean Peninsula, nestled between sky and sea, lies Jeju Island, a natural jewel formed by the ancient fury of a now dormant volcano: Hallasan.

This giant, the highest point in South Korea, watches over dreamlike landscapes of dense forests, frozen lava flows, and lush plantations. Bathed in a humid subtropical climate, Jeju offers a unique ecosystem.

Its mineral-rich volcanic slopes, constantly nourished by sea mist and regular rains, create an exceptional terrain for tea cultivation. It is here, on these fertile lands, that our Koréa Hallasan Green is born.

Koréa Hallasan Green is a delicate green tea, carefully cultivated on the heights of Jeju. Its light, unrolled leaves, a tender green, reveal fresh, subtly vegetal aromas when infused, punctuated by discrete mineral notes, a direct heritage of the island's volcanic soils. The liquor, a light yellow with a slight golden hue, offers a smooth and refreshing cup, ideal for a break at any time of the day.

Accessible to both curious amateurs and the most discerning palates, this tea, from organic farming, embodies the natural elegance of its terroir and its simplicity. (Please note that Tea & Cie does not sell its teas under the organic label.) Let yourself be carried away on the misty paths of Hallasan... One sip, and you are already there!
